1. How can I be eligible to do swap on the Rapidz Pay App?

   You need to ensure your account is Verified. Then you need to have enough balance to do swap for another tokens.

2. How I can perform the swap on the Rapidz Pay app?

   Once your account meet the requirement, you can see 'Swap Crypto' under menu button. Once you clicked it, you can choose what tokens you want to trade and fill also the amount to be traded. Then review and swipe to confirm the trade.

3. Do I need to pay another fee for swap?

   All the fees are included in final amount you get. So there's no more additional fee will be charged.

4. How long does the swap process take?

   All the process will be done in a minutes.

5. Am I able to cancel a swap after the confirmation?

   All swaps after the confirmation are final and irrevocable, and cannot be refunded.

6. Why did a swap fail?

   Swap feature may fail due to some reasons, including but not limited to: An error occurred with the conversion mechanism; or the liquidity during the transaction is low.

7. What happens if a swap fails?

   All funds that failed to be swapped will be remain in user's wallet. All applicable fees will not be charged to the user.

8. Can I use swap feature to buy crypto by using fiat currency

   No, Rapidz users can only swap within cryptocurrencies, no Fiat currency involved.

Earn (Staking)

1. How can I be qualified for staking on the Rapidz Pay App?

   You need to ensure your account is Verified.

2. How can I perform the staking on the Rapidz Pay app?

   Once your account meet the requirement, you can see 'Earn' under menu button. You can stake your token with a certain period.

3. What token we can stake in Rapidz Pay app?

   Currently, Rapidz Pay provide SOLANA as the token to be staked.

4. What is the minimum amount of token for Staking?

   User need to stake at least minimum 0.1 SOL to be stacked.

5. How much we can earn from staking Solana in Rapidz Pay app?

   The APY will be depending on how long the period been chosen and the network itself.

6. Do I need to pay some fees for staking?

   There's no fees been charged on staking process.

7. How long are the staking period that can be selected?

   For staking, users will be given several period options. Either of 7 days, 30days, or 180days.

8. Am I able to cancel the staking process after the confirmation?

   Once user proceed the stake process, the fund is locked and the staking process can't be cancelled until the period is over. So user need to makesure and confirm the period of stake before proceed the process.
